Lifeline
Lifeline provides 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services. Services include a 24/7 helpline, text service on 0477 13 11 14, online chat at Lifeline crisis chat, and face-to-face counselling. Headspace
Headspace provides free mental health support for young people aged 12–25. They offer confidential counselling and wellbeing services online, by phone, and at centres across Australia. headspace creates a safe and supportive space for young people to get help when they need it. Open Arms
Open Arms provides 24/7 free and confidential mental health support for current and former ADF members and their families. Services include phone, online, and face-to-face counselling. Open Arms offers support and understanding to help the defence community through difficult times. Call 1800 011 046.
Beyond Blue
Beyond Blue offers 24/7 free and confidential mental health support for people across Australia. Services include phone counselling on 1300 22 4636, online chat, and email support to help with anxiety, depression or other emotional difficulties. Beyond Blue is there to listen and support you through tough times.
