My Updates

Stillwater

Sunday 21st Sep
Book 5, the final stretch! šŸ“šāœˆļø I’ve just finished Book 4 for the Brothers and Books World’s Coolest Readathon and now I’m onto my last read, Stillwater by Tanya Scott. After a quick stay in Fort Worth, I’m now at Dallas Fort Worth Airport on my very last day in the USA. It’s been a mix of audiobooks and physical copies, perfect for filling in those airport waits and long flights. With a 17 hour journey home ahead of me, I know this one will be finished before I land back in Australia. This challenge has been such a rewarding way to travel, read, and raise funds for Brothers and Books, supporting the mental health of our ADF members, veterans, and emergency responders. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and cheered me on so far. If you’d like to help me cross the finish line strong, it’s not too late. Every little bit makes a difference.

The Perfect Divorce

Sunday 21st Sep
Book 4 begins! šŸ“šāœØ I’ve officially wrapped up my third book for the Brothers and Books World’s Coolest Readathon, and now I’m in New York City starting my fourth read, The Perfect Divorce by Jeneva Rose. Reading a dark, twisty thriller while standing in the middle of Times Square feels pretty perfect! This challenge is all about reading 5 books in 30 days while raising funds for Brothers and Books. Every dollar goes toward supporting vital mental health programs for our Defence Force members, Veterans, and emergency responders. A massive thank you to everyone who’s donated so far. Your support means the world and keeps me motivated to turn every page. If you haven’t yet, it’s not too late to get involved. Even the smallest contribution helps, and together we can make a big difference. Let’s keep this momentum going! Donate by clicking the link below, share, or cheer me on as I head toward finishing all 5 books.

King Tide

Sunday 21st Sep
Book 2: Finished! That’s two down in my Brothers and Books World’s Coolest Readathon challenge. Now I’m in Las Vegas and ready to roll the dice on Book 3, King Tide by Geelong’s very own Luke Johnson. Nothing like bringing a bit of home along for the ride, which makes this read feel extra special. Every chapter brings me closer to completing 5 books in 30 days and raising vital funds for Brothers and Books, helping support mental health programs for our Defence Force members, Veterans, and emergency responders.

Alcatraz # 1259

Sunday 21st Sep
Book 1: Done and dusted! That’s one ticked off my 5 book challenge for Brothers and Books World’s Coolest Readathon. Now I’m in San Francisco and diving straight into Alcatraz # 1259 by William G. Baker. The best part? I actually met the 92 year old author while visiting Alcatraz. He was once an inmate there and signed my copy. Talk about holding history in my hands! Every page I turn is helping raise funds for Brothers and Books, supporting mental health programs for our Defence Force members, Veterans, and emergency responders.

The Caretaker

Sunday 21st Sep
Kicking off my second World’s Coolest Readathon and im taking it to the U.S.A! From 1–30 September I will be reading 5 books while on holidays, starting with The Caretaker by Gabriel Bergmoser. It is the perfect first pick. An isolated ski resort, a woman on the run, and a deadly game of cat and mouse. Exactly the kind of story that makes you want to keep turning pages… even in the middle of Disneyland queues! Mickey by day, murder thrillers by night. This is how I holiday. But this challenge is not just about my reading list. I am raising funds for Brothers and Books to support mental health programs for Aussie Defence Force members, Veterans, and emergency services. Every donation, big or small, keeps me motivated to smash through all 5 books. If you would like to support, please click the link below. Let’s turn my holiday reading into something
